Contacts

 

Here you will look after phone, address & other details of the people you deal with for ready access throughout TeamPlan.

As you will see here the contacts module is central to TeamPlan+:

Process

Contacts feed into quotes, jobs, purchases & invoices so you will want to keep these up to date and TeamPlan will assist you to do just that.

Now let's look at the main form. Here you will search for, add & update contacts:

Here you can click on a phone number to make a call through your device.

To update a contact you will click on # or person's name of the required row. Here is an example of the input form:

  Phone or   Text
Simply click on one of the phone numbers on the main form
or
Click on the required phone icon on the input form

  Google Maps
Click the map marker icon to open Google Maps for the address.

  Email
To send an email simply click the email icon.

  Web
To load the web address click the web icon.

  Tags
Define up to three tags to describe the contact and what they do. You can also assign a priority number (from 1 to 3) to a customer or supplier.

  Roles
This input lets you define the role of the person (job description).

  Import

TeamPlan+ lets you import these file formats: Google CSV, Outlook CSV & vCard VCF.

  Export

TeamPlan+ lets you export in these formats: Google CSV, Outlook CSV & vCard VCF.

  Graphs

TeamPlan+ provides you with a set of graphs so you can review your income & expenditure by customer & supplier. Here are some sample graphs:
